Our international client is a leading manufacturer of computer-video interfaces, switchers and computer-video scan converters.
Main Tasks :
The Control Application Engineer Supervisor is responsible for the management and support of a team of Control Application Engineers. These Control Application Engineers support the dealers professionally by configuring the controllers, assisting with solutions to network problems and troubleshooting. The Control Application Engineer Supervisor will be required to :
•Support and advise dealers and troubleshooting.
•Managing, motivating and supporting Control Application Engineers in carrying out their required duties.
•Guidance of the driver applications.
•Reporting of problems and possible improvements to the software development department.
•Report and encourage the development of the team.
Requirements :
We are seeking Leaders in the AudioVisual industry experience in audiovisual installations and experience with troubleshooting and solving of these installations and problems. For this function it is also necessary that you have experience with networks and network systems
