Based near St Neots, in Cambridgeshire, you wqill be working for an international company within their multilingual customer service centre processing orders, dealing with customer enquiries, resolving problems and promoting the company at events in the UK and abroad. To do this you will need to be fluent in Swedish and English, with ideally additional German language skills too, have some office based customer service experience, have first class communication skills, be organised, motivated and a real tema player. Your IT skills should include Excel spreadsheets
