Company Profile:
Our client, a large business consultancy based in Oxford, is seeking a Danish speaking Client Support Advisor. Working within a small multilingual team, you will be providing support to business clients worldwide.
Responsibilitites:
You will be handling incoming calls, faxes and emails from existing and new clients, registering and updating client details to the database, processing and following up orders including checking delivery and, where necessary, handling returned goods and raising credit notes.
You must have excellent written and spoken English and Danish and experience of providing customer services to Danish speakers. You will also have experience in business to business customer support.
Candidate Profile:
You will have a flexible approach, have a customer focussed attitude and possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken, at all levels. You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a small team. There are excellent benefits including 25 days paid holiday, private health and dental care, and life assurance.
