French Speaking Customer Service Advisor
We are currently recruiting for an established company based in Sevenoaks, Kent.
The purpose of the role is provide excellent customer service through a blended contact centre (phone and email), supporting members and clients across Europe.
Day to day duties include:
To provide effective customer service through understanding their products and services
Dealing with customers by telephone and email
To proactively seek to resolve customer requirements
To create and develop a team environment where people support one another
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:
1) Fluent in French & English
2) Strong PC Skills
3) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
4) Previous Customer Service experience gained within a call centre/office based environment is essential
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm plus every other Saturday 9am – 4pm with a day off in lieu
23 days holiday
