JOB ROLE: Customer Care Agent – Email (Inbound)

• Required to work in the Match.Com team, providing excellent customer service to customers.
• Working in a team based environment supporting your team in achieving the highest quality standards
• Provide a personalised response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive customer’s experience through efficient, friendly, high quality responses
• Proactively seek feedback on ways to improve personal performance
• Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer
• Take part in, and encourage active participation in team discussion activities and focus groups
• Assist your team leader in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality reports

SKILL SET

• Technical knowledge – knowledge of email, internet, computers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written
• Ability to learn new products during training

CONTRACT: Full Time Permanent

REMUNERATION: £12,272 per annum (paid monthly)

HOURS OF WORK: Full-time - 40 hours per week

SHIFT:
Dayshift 9a.m – 6p.m Mon-Sunday (Rotational Shift Patterns – flexibility required)
Salary £12,272pa

HOLIDAYS:
20 Holiday & 6 Stat days plus Birthday Off

PROBATION PERIOD
There is a 3month probationary period before confirmation of your contract status

TRAINING/INDUCTION
Training will be conducted over 1 week.
All training is conducted in English

RELOCATION

We have a relocation adviser within gem who will offer ongoing help and assistance until you get settled. We offer help in opening up bank accounts, applying for National Insurance numbers and Accommodation
