Responsibilities
Reporting to the European HR Director, the main purpose of this role is to deliver a world class function of commercial business partnering to the Southern European business units.

Working closely with the General Managers, the role involves giving full support on all matters relating to the Business Agendas and Sales Strategy. It is about driving improvements in business results and maximising employee engagement, alignment, and capability within the French, Italian and Spanish regions.

Execute flawless local change programmes including communication programme to win hearts and minds to embed change as BAU

Employee advocate – critical role shaping the French Organisation and clearly understanding people implications, in addition to Spain and Italy

Implement and embed current and future HR policies to ensure efficient and effective people management and regulatory compliance.

Partner with local management to deliver a high class service which drives business results and increased employee engagement.

Ensure HR decisions/initiatives are based on reliable data.

Coach local management team for high performance results

Guide/coach Management team to execute all aspects of the performance management cycle in line with Group timelines and local execution plans.

Work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Team and European Talent teams to ensure we remain competitive to attract and retain talent.

Work seamlessly with Organisational Effectiveness Team to ensure Sales Effectiveness strategy is deployed including wraparound process to embed learning and development - facilitate training as required.

In conjunction with the Global HR Team ensure the execution of key HR processes of the employment lifecycle (e.g. Talent Management Induction, HR Metrics Reporting, Performance Review, Annual Salary Review, Manager development, Incentive/Bonus/Pay schemes etc)

Profile
Fluent in Engish and French, adding Spanish or Italian would be a plus

This is a true partnering role and requires someone who is an experienced HR Business Partner.

Proven HR Expertise – minimum of 5 years – in Electronics, Retail, B2B / high service, changing environment

A recognised formal professional qualification, preferably a degree in HR or equivalent.

Must be change agile with the ability to executive change, including facilitation of change programmes that affect our people.

Understand how business work and knowledge in current and positive future policies, practices, trends, therefore needs to have commercial business acumen and financial understanding of P&L.

Proven ability to execute change including change programmes that affect people.


You need to possess strong relationships skills, with proven record in connecting leadership teams to drive for results. Be an excellent influencer, along with coaching and facilitation skills.
