With product sourced from over 30,000 travel suppliers, made available in 35 languages,They are the travel industry’s favourite one-stop-shop.They supply tour operators, travel agents and public websites in 120 countries with everything their customers could possibly need to create exceptional travel experiences.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Coordination Executive to join the shift client support team in central London.
Key features of the role include:
To provide support to customer throughout trips and provide solutions to any problems that may arise.
To Co-ordinators and provide sales supports in order to maintain existing customer relationships and to promote future business.
To be the first contact point for all situation that arise, for example external political events or serious events involving customers.
Handle all incoming calls customers travelling within responsible territories.
Act as an emergency response team and providing support to tour leaders/clients.
Deal with and solve problems/complaints that may arise during or after trips.
Coordinate service/hotel reservations and amendments according to customer or sales requests.
Liaisewith internal offices, sales regarding itinerary issues, tour status and problems on the trip within the timescale specified on company policy and procedures.
Negotiate with suppliers and clients to maximize profit margins when necessary.
Monitor / spot check the quality of suppliers through services provided.
Check itineraries to make sure smooth running of tours and itinerary feasibility.
Meet and greet clients/tour leaders as necessary.
Business trips (within and EMEA and possibly to sales offices) as required.
Negotiate contracts, and/or contract new services if/when required.
Assign and allocate services if/when required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND BEHAVIOUR REQUIREMENTS
Availability to work night shift hours
Fluent English and Mandarin and French languages required ESSENTIAL (verbal and written)
Previous working knowledge of customer service/travel industry experience - essential
Good market and cultural knowledge of the APAC region - essential
Strong problem solving, organisation and communication skills
