Customer Assistance Center Agent – IBM Manila
IBM delivers BTO services from two centers located in the Philippines: IBM Business Services, a subsidiary of IBM Philippines that delivers human resource or HR services, and IBM Daksh, which is focused on customer relationship management services.
Your opportunity:
The Customer Assistance Center Agent is responsible for providing support for procurement application and process and accounts payable help requests (questions and problems).
As a Customer Assistance Center Agent, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Receive help requests from customer’s internal clients and suppliers
Be courteous and empathetic to client (may be upset or angry)
Provide support in designated language(s)
Work with customer assistance center manager and team lead
Resolve blocked invoices
Expedite / Emergency Orders and follow up on deliveries
Mandatory Skills
- Hungarian Language fluent
- English Language communicative
- Willingness to live and work in Philippines for 18 months

Desirable skills
Experienced knowledge of procurement and accounts payable applications supported
Working knowledge of SAP / Hubwoo application (or alternative procurement) and transactions to be support client/supplier help request
