Czech Speaking Technical Support Translators, Poole, Bournemouth are required for my telephony services client. You will need to be IT literate and able to respond to technical queries in Czech fluently (native speaking ideally). Role is part of the team that covers Customer Service line and technical support. Daily Duties are Dealing with customers with mobile phone related issues via email. Logging all data accurately into a Database , Excellent customer service skills, Technically outstanding on all mobile phones and accessories that are sold, which covered over 150 products. Booking customer\'s handsets in for repair. Responding to technical faults or queries by email in the local language.
