Our client, an international translation company based to the North-West of London, is currently seeking a Translation Project Coordinator with French to assist and facilitate the translation process, liaising with clients based both in the UK and in France.
This will be a permanent contract
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the administration department, being a principal point of contact with a range of clients (UK and France) regarding their specific translation requirements
- Creating client briefs and tailoring translation process to their specific requirements
-Preparing internal paperwork
- Assisting with queries of problems which may arise at any stage during the translation process
- Working closely with other members of staff ( Translation Project Managers, Translation Checkers etc) to ensure efficient work processes and high quality products
Requirements
- Fluent English and France (with relevant qualification in the second language) excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent custimer focus, some client contact experience preferred
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and oversee multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
£19,000 pro rata
