Large international company based in North Shields currently seeking 2 part time Care Line Advisors to join this successful, motivated team on a job share basis. Each candidate will work 20 hours a week. This role is based in a friendly, relaxed environment and offers an excellent benefits package, including a starting salary of 17,640 pa pro rata and excellent career and training opportunities.
Working within a fast moving, professional team, the role will involve:
- Personally managing consumer contact via telephone, letter and email
- Providing information on a wide range of products
- Answering enquiries relating to products as well as influencing new consumers
- Dealing with complaints and ensuring they are resolved
- Building ongoing relationships with existing customers
This is a very varied role and full training will be given on the wide range of products the company deal with.
Applicants must speak fluent English and have first class communication and customer service skills. Candidates should be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to develop strong relationships and work well within a team environment. The ability to speak an additional Scandinavian language would be advantageaous but not essential.
