We are an established International Hotel Company based in Farringdon; currently looking for a Data and Channel Management Co-ordinator our European Contact Centre.

You will be working as part of the Reservations Data Management team, liaising with hotels and other offices with respect to hotel information and rates and inventory, ensuring up-to-date information in all systems.


Requirements:
- Provide reservations data entry and verification support. This includes rate and descriptive information as well as inventory processing to insure maximum utilisation of the in-house reservation system by EMEA hotels
- Co-ordination and follow-up client number assignment
- Liaise with Contact Centre Supervisors as needed in servicing inbound or outbound telephone calls and agent assist calls
- Service and administration of the Customer Loyalty Program
- Handle Human Relations administration for Reservation Data Management Co-Ordinators
- Good working knowledge of in-house systems, for which on the job training will be provided.
- Achieving targets and performance standards
- Providing confident, accurate information
- Dealing with questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Working as part of a team, providing support to colleagues and customers
- Holding regular team meetings and making an active contribution
- Flexible to work any schedule

Skills:
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian, written and spoken
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Must be objective, impartial and patient
- Detail orientated skills with proof reading aptitude
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt, implement and support change.
- Ability to enforce management policies and procedures.
- Computer literate
- Numerate
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is an advantage
- Familiar with the GDS systems are an advantage
- Some supervisory experience an advantage but not essential
- Confident, articulate and clear phone manner
- Ability to make conversation
- Occasional travel as necessary
