As a Customer Care Agent you will be working in Belfast for one of N. Ireland’s biggest employers. You will speak native level Dutch or Flemish and provide customer IT support by phone and email in Dutch to the public who are customers of an American wireless broad band provider.
Responsibilities:
•Customer enquiries by telephone and email etc. in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner
•Focuses on the customer to ensure that absolute ownership is assumed during every customer contact
•Ensures that the highest levels of quality and honesty are maintained through adherence to agreed processes and Service Level Agreements
•Proactively seeks ways to improve both own and the teams standards of customer service delivery
•Actively engages in your approach to ongoing learning to ensure sufficient knowledge to excel in the role
•Participates as an enthusiastic and supporting member of a highly focused customer service team
•Identifies up/cross selling opportunities and educates the customer on all possible options/items of interest.
•Focuses on helping customers find alternative products/solutions when they request to cancel an existing subscription.
•Maintains focus on actively retaining existing customers.
SKILLS
Essential Criteria:
•Fluent in written and spoken Dutch or Flemish (native level standard essential)
•Fluency in written and spoken English
•Customer Focus - 6 months previous experience in a Customer Service environment
•Specialist Expertise - Experience in Microsoft Office and Internet
•Team player
•Planning & Organising - Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Resilience - Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
•Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
Desirable
•Knowledge of software, wireless routers and computer networks.
REALLOCATION EXPENSES ARE AVAILABLE (if applicable)
For those that are relocating, there is an attractive relocation package:
Travel Costs will be reimbursed up to the cost of €150 Accommodation the first 4 nights stay in a city centre bed and breakfast.
there isa relocation advisor who will offer ongoing help and assistance until you get settled (opening up bank accounts, applying for National Insurance numbers and Accommodation
Hours of work
40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday
8am – 9pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm
Holidays
21 days Holiday & 6 Stat days & birthday day off
