European Investment Bank located in the City often recruiting for French speaking Secretaries to cover various temporary needs on both short term and longer term basis. Great rates of pay and opportunities for permanent placement.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting from Director to Associate level with full diary management and taking responsibility for emails and gate keeping phone calls
Arranging complex international travel arrangements often with last minute changes Completing PowerPoint presentations and ad hoc administration
You must be flexible to support a team with travel arrangement and processing expenses for them, monitoring holiday and sickness records
You must have:
Proven ability to speak and write in Fluent French and English
Solid experience within Investment Banking is essential as you could be working for extremely fast moving and demanding teams
Proven experience of having supported at Director level
