We are currently recruiting Multilingual Translation Managers to ensure the production of localised marketing communications for a major global hospitality group with 8 brands under its umbrella.
You will be responsible for:
• Pre-screen and select the Native team of Translators, Writers and Editors that get the different Brands tone of voice.
• Managing the translation process with the team of approved writers
• Proof and Edit the received translations for format, tone of voice, language and style to make sure the brand and the message is relevant in the local market.
• With the help of the Localisation Project Manager, plan and execute complex schedules to accommodate client requirements, evaluate risks related to cost, cycle time, and capacity.
• Work closely with the multiple divisions to manage the approval of the translations supplied.
• Manage a Mother Tongue English TM repository using the Translation Management System. This includes linguistic checks, terminology updating, importing new memories from our translators and the Local Market.
• Track financial information, prepare estimates and communicate project information to the Localisation Manager. Maintain all required record keeping updated our internal project management system.

Education and Experience - Requirements
* BA/MA/BS/MS in Language-related or Translation field (or equivalent experience);
* 2+ years experience in the localization industry
* 2+ years Experience in EN Norwegian, Danish, Portuguese
* 1+ year experience with Translation Memory software (Trados, Idiom WorldServer, or Across preferred), both as a translator, and as a project manager
* Experience with TMX and XLIFF and multiple Sources of Content
