Job Title - Telemarketing Agent
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role of the Telemarketing Agent is to proactively conduct outbound calling to IT decision makers within SMB, Commercial and Enterprise Accounts in order to generate new business leads. This role will involve dealing with Director level contacts and requires a high level of professionalism in addition to excellent sales skills.
PURPOSE & CONTEXT
Perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, targeting both new & existing customers
Handle inbound calls triggered by media campaigns
Identification of new business sales leads
Qualification of event or third party leads for hand off to sales
Continual update of customer profile information on internal CRM database
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
