We have an exciting opportunity for an Italian speaker to join our Export Trade Desk Team as a customer service advisor.

The Role Involves:

• Looking after your own countries and key accounts, ensuring all correspondence goes through the trade desk.

• Using diary to make notes, organise call-backs and orders.

• Keeping customers informed of their lift orders, advising them throughout of the progress.

• Processing orders/warranties in a timely manner and confirming we have received them to the customer, ensuring e-mail and faxes are checked regularly.

• Identifying potential problems and escalating where appropriate to avoid any customer dissatisfaction.

• Filing all documentation and logging all orders and their progress with care and attention.

• Being friendly and approachable, building a good rapport with the customer.

The suitable candidate should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and be computer literate.
