The Role
We are looking for a full-time Customer Relations Representative/Administrator to join our team,
initially on a temporary basis, that could lead to more permanent opportunities within the CD&M
team. The primary objective of the role is to ensure the satisfaction of our community members
in their interactions with the company and in so doing, to support the continued growth
of the community and our business.
The role requires an immediate start and full availability for the first 3 months.
Key responsibilities
• Verifying membership and registration details using internal software and the internet
• Verifying members’ market research participation details
• Responding to members’ enquiries via email and phone
• Responding to customers’ enquiries from all business units
• Market research incentive investigation and resolution
• Data entry
• And other duties assigned
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and detail oriented
• Sound analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimum direct supervision
• Ability to learn and retain quickly
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
• Ideally bilingual in English and a second European language
• Prior customer service experience required
