My client is a global consulting firm committed to bringing fairness and transparency to financial markets, provides a full range of capital markets advisory services from five offices in 4 countries. They are looking for recent graduates or those in their final year studying eg business, finance or studies that involve detail oriented numerical tasks e.g. sciences.
Job - Trainee Financial Analysts
Duties
Financial Contract Management / Financial Data Management / Ad-hoc Financial Analysis
Requirements
They do not require experience in economics or finance, since they have extensive training to provide the knowledge you need for your day-to-day work and to clarify the broader business picture. The first 2-3 years can be viewed as an extended apprenticeship.
However, some basic criteria are:
▪ An exceptional ability to think logically and conceptually. They are open to university specializations which involve detail oriented tasks - e.g. numerical and statistical
▪ High proficiency in written and spoken English. All business is conducted exclusively in English.
▪ Exceptional communication skills. English proficiency alone is not enough.
You must be able to communicate ideas in a logical manner that is appropriate for different types of listeners.
▪ Proficiency with numbers and math.
▪ A capacity for detail-oriented work and the ability to organize and prioritize.
They are looking to hire a select group of recent graduates with a GPA of 4.5 or above or UK - 2:1 or above from a recognised Polish or UK university or students in their final year that will thrive in our culture and make a significant impact over the long term. They seek people who have consistently demonstrated drive, determination, and substantial academic and professional accomplishment throughout their lives.
