A customer service provider company is looking for young professionals who are just about to start their first jobs and would like to work in Belfast within a young and friendly environment.

Languages we are looking for at the moment: Dutch, Flemish and Korean (apply only if you have valid visa working in the UK)

Requirements:
• Required to work in the MSN team, providing excellent customer service and technical solutions to customers.
• Working in a team based environment supporting your team in achieving the highest quality standards. Working in specific lines of business in messenger, live mail, live ID and hotmail.
• Provide a personalized response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive customer’s experience through efficient, friendly, high quality and accurate responses
• Will be required to take inbound telephone calls where business needs
• Proactively seek feedback on ways to improve personal performance
• Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer/Assisting product specialists to find resolutions
• Take part in, and encourage active participation in team discussion activities and focus groups
• Assist your team manager in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality reports

Essential Criteria:
- 6 months customer service experience in a service driven environment
- Outstanding keyboard Skills with high emphasis Internet usage
- Excellent inter-personal skills and a good team player
- Sense the customer problem: Problem solving and troubleshooting skills to resolution
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding the customer needs
- Ownership with attention to detail
- Multitask between tools and processes
- Excellent English grammatical written skills
- Self-motivated - interest in self- development, high personal drive to succeed
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets. Working to individual targets which includes customer satisfaction, responding to customer emails within 24hours and quality assessments. This will be monitored on a daily basis.
- Drive and determination to succeed and grow with the business
- Interest in Technology

Desirable:
- Previous experience in IT
- 12 months outstanding experience in customer service.
- Ability to progress within MSN

HOURS OF WORK
Full-time - 40 hours per week

SHIFT
Rotational shift pattern 8-6p.m Mon-Sun (must be flexible outside these hours for example may be expected to work an evening/nightshift where business needs). You will be provided with a Rota in advance.

PROBATION PERIOD
There is a 3 month probationary period before confirmation of your contract status.

TRAINING
Training will be conducted over 2 weeks. It will be intensive so no lateness or absence required during training. It will consist of product knowledge and system training. There will be ongoing tests throughout training and a final test at the end. You will be required to pass this test.
All training is conducted in English.
