Report To: Regional Sales Director
Number of subordinates: 9
Package depends on experience of the consultant:
Fixed salary + overrides + commissions on their own placements + other company benefits.

Role / Key Responsibilities
- Manage a multinational team of sales consultants in the IT recruitment market.
- Ensure the company process and core values are applied when providing our services to our clients and business partners.
- Organise sales activities.
- Set targets, manage and report on performance of individuals and the team:
• Number and value of deals per month against target
• Daily targets and hot job priorities,
• Monthly/quarterly targets
• Produce sales and market reports
- Jointly manage the analysis, planning, implementation and control of the business:
• Company strategy
• Development of procedures
- Participate in the training / evaluation of new starters.
- Hit personal targets and contribute to the overall profitability and success of K2.
Key Skills
- We are looking for an experience IT Team Leader/Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years managing experience with the recruitment market.
- Strong willed, determined and able to get the best out of the team,
- A proven track record in billing and a motivation to further your career by expanding on your training and knowledge.
- Knowledge of any K2 recruitment market a strong asset
- IT Literate (MS office, Lotus Notes, data base search)
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience of driving and increasing team sales and profit
- Good organisational, presentation and management skills
- A combination of team leadership and strong billings would be the ideal background
