CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS – Bi-Lingual German/English – Newcastle upon Tyne

Skills & Experience Required
• Bi-lingual Language skills:-
SWISS GERMAN WITH ENGLISH or
AUSTRIAN GERMAN WITH ENGLISH or
GERMAN WITH ENGLISH
• Spoken and written language skills to native standard (including business correspondence)
• Experience of Windows 2000, specifically Word & Excel.
Day-to-day Duties
• Working in an inbound call centre supporting enquiries regarding well known brands
• Handling native language customer calls and correspondence in the form of letters, emails and faxes
• Problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner
• Demonstrating a positive attitude, professionalism, initiative, and flexibility in performing daily job functions
