A Cross-Cultural Transcreation manager should have a passion for languages and cultures and be aware of the complexities of translation when it comes to advertising. You will be working very closely with our copywriters in the local markets to find creative solutions to the translation challenges.
Your role will be to:
Build a clear understanding of the brand(s) in each market
Prepare transcreation briefs, set expectations with our local talent, negotiate timelines.
Successfully manage multilingual projects from a quality control, timeline and budget perspective
Be curious and aware of local market realities
Work with our local clients during the approval process.
Work with our Account Management Team to ensure you build timelines that fit within the production process.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, extremely organized, who enjoys multi-tasking and working in a team. A graduate with multilingual Medical / Pharmaceutical experience with ideally 2-3 years work experience in a similar position. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges that one faces when being a bridge between different cultures.
