Purpose of role

To ensure that the Greek version of Ladbrokes.com is consistently and effectively promoting the Ladbrokes products and services to the target markets and to manage queries from our customers.

Position Description

Main / Specific Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

- Ensuring the Greek version of Ladbrokes.com is up-to date so that it has accurate and relevant content.
- To respond to all customer service queries, via email or telephone, within SLA terms to ensure customer retention.
- Carry out translations for Ladbrokes Sportsbook, Casino, Poker, Games, and Financials to ensure the website effectively promotes products to target markets.
- To prioritise locally significant sporting events to promote Ladbrokes products and services to customers.
- Review our online products against those of our competitors, ensuring Ladbrokes.com is responsive to the needs of the relevant market
- To complete ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the department

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Essential

- General interest in sports and betting
-Customer service experience
-Fluent in Greek and English
-Basic understanding of computer packages, including Windows operating systems
-To demonstrate good interpersonal skills to enable effective working relationships.
-Required to work as part of a roster pattern, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7;
-Flexible approach is necessary

Desirable

-Experience of working in the betting and gaming industry
-Translation experience
