“The primary role of the Support Professional is to provide first class Pre & Post Sales support to customers of a leading photography hardware manufacturer”
Support Representatives will handle customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. They will be called upon to utilize various resources and develop analytical skills to resolve problems accurately in the most efficient manner while maintaining an excellent customer service level.
•Provide first class support within a call center environment to customers, primarily via telephone but also using Web and Email services◦Achieve and maintain service level statistics on an individual and team level
◦Effective use of the systems and tools available to the Support Centre
◦Track & document customer & problem information in the client call logging system
◦Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members
◦Achieve company standard quality scores
Personal Success Profile:
•Fluent Dutch and Good English.
•Leaving certificate or equivalent.
•Good knowledge and understanding of photography basics and computer operating systems
•Excellent Customer service skills, a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment◦Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced, goal-oriented environment
◦Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner
◦Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary
◦Attention to detail
◦Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and listening
◦Ability and willingness to solve problems and provide support
◦Ability to manage time wisely to meet call handle time and work with targets
◦Flexibility to work various shifts and good time management skills
◦Previous exposure and experience of using photographic equipment would be advantageous
