Consultant Installation Specialist

Position Description
In particular, working as part of a project team our consultant installation specialists:
-analyse work processes, systems, organisational function and structures to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits
-train client individuals in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem solving and team building development skills
- assume the appropriate roles of counsellor, facilitator, co-leader, presenter and/or trainer as required by the situation
- initiate innovative solutions where required and work closely with colleagues and project management to ensure they are installed for the most effective impact
Requirements
- Degree level (minimum qualification)
- Supervisory experience
- Fluent in German and/or French and ideally with one other mainstream European language
- Adaptable to any working environment and hierarchical level of client personnel
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Problem solving skills
- Team player
- This job requires 100% travel during the week
