situated in Zaventem.
Responsibilities:
Your role is to manage the german call center. You are responsible for the daily follow-up,
performance, coaching, motivation and development of the Customers Service & Sales
Agents team. Your objective is to realize maximum productivity, quality and to achieve the
pre-defined KPI\'s (Key Performance Indicators). You also need to undertake suitable and
timely actions in order to solve situations that deviate from the processes or planned
business results.
Profile:
German mother tongue together with an excellent command of English. A good knowledge
of an other European language is an asset.
You have excellent coaching & communication skills together with a proactive mind. You are
results orientated, problem solver and stress resistant.
Experience in a call center is a must.
You are willing to work in shifts and Saturdays.
