Based in Dunstable, Bedfordshsire, you will be working for an international company on various research projects involving conducting telephone surveys and subsequent administration. This can be done from home on occasion and due to time differences may well involve working in the evenings/nights. To do this you will need to be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English, have experience making outbound telephone calls to gather information, be organised, confident, able to work to deadlines and IT literate. Ideally you will live within 10 miles of Dunstable as you will need to work from those offices too - own transport ideal as there is no mainline train station in Dunstable
