Our client, a leader in its field is currently seeking to recruit a Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Flemish or Korean Speaking Sales Agent for their offices in Belfast.
The Job Role
Your duties include receiving inbound calls to overcome customer issues, providing advanced troubleshooting services as well as support for external and internal customers and designing offers. Furthermore, you will identify trends, document requests, resolutions and negotiations and a small percentage of telesales and outbound calling is included as well.
The Candidate:
Essential:
• 6 months in a sales environment and previous customer service experience
• Fluent in English and Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Flemish or Korean
• Possess a strong desire to assist customers and build a world class company based on customer retention
• Previous experience in IT
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Excellent telephone manner
• Sense the customer problem: Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of customer needs – show empathy, listening skills
• Self-motivated - interest in self- development, high personal drive to succeed
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets
• A positive approach to team work within a busy customer focused environment
• Excellent inter-personal skills and a good team player
Desirable:
• Knowledge of software, wireless routers and computer networks.
