We are recruiting for a GREEKand ENGLISH speaking Technical Support/Customer Service Consultant for our Global Outsourcer based in Dublin. We are offering you an immediate interview and the start dates are 7th and the 14th of January.
You will have the responsibility as the first point of contact for the users of one of our clients. Your goal is to have an adequate and appropriate solution to the users who need support.
It may include technical or product-related matters, including in particular the installation or use of the Hardware.
One of the main responsibilities of the Technical Support Professional is to maintain and, if possible, increase customer satisfaction. The support can be provided by telephone, but also via email or chat.
A Technical Support Professional will:
Provides support to all customers at a high level
Behaves professionally to customers, clients and fellow’s
Shall ensure for the granting of Commercial and technical information of products/services in a customer friendly way
Sells the products and services to prospects and customers service industry and administrative tasks carried out, focused section on handling the sale
Uses Troubleshooting, to customer questions to solve effectively using existing information systems is capable of effectively
A Technical Support Professional has:
Good control of the GREEK and English language in Word and writings and a rounded MBO or similar training
Customer service and administrative experience with good communication skills and thorough knowledge of the Internet terminology
Solid experience with Internet use and experience of PC hardware such as motherboards, cpu 's, hard drives and graphics cards
