The primary reason for our current recruitment campaign is the consistent growth we have been experiencing since January 2009. Every year we have produced record revenues and we have grown from $300m USD to close to $600m USD last year and the share price has increased by over 300% during the same period.
Our growing number of customers in German and French speaking territories mean we need trilingual English / French / German linguists to deal with the incoming calls. As our customers are some of the world’s largest and most successful organisations, we need individuals with a professional telephone manner happy to deal with senior individuals in blue chip companies.
Although the role is technical, we have hired individuals without technical backgrounds but who have excellent language skills, great problem solving skills and demonstrated a desire to learn about technology.
The primary criteria are:
Languages – strong German, French and English are an absolute necessity
Excellent, problem solving / analytical skills with an ability to apply these in tight timescales. (We test this element).
Tremendous customer-facing skills, particularly dealing with customers who need quick solutions in a pressurized environment
Ability to learn new skills quickly, particularly technology-based skills. A free copy of our software is available on our website to download.
A demonstrable desire to learn about technology
For individuals with a technology background, we are happy to look at any experience and a passion for technology is as important as hard skills.
A degree level education would be very positive.
In summary we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for technology combined with a passion for solving complex problems in tight timescales. German / French / English at a high level are an absolute necessity.
