Our Shared Services Centre - EY Global Services (Poland) Sp. z o.o. started operations in January 2011 in Wroclaw and provides financial and accounting services to Ernst & Young offices in Europe.
Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
Accounting Associate with fluent German
Requirements:
language skills: fluent German and good English
bachelor degree
very good knowledge of MS Excel
work experience in Shared Services center will be additional asset
Responsibilities will include (depending on the process);
executing financial transactions on the accounts,
registration of invoice payments,
clarifying queries related to payments and invoices/expenses,
propose changes in operating procedures,
accounts reconciliations,
ensuring efficiency and quality of business processes,
task performance according to internal and external accounting standards and statutory requirements.
