We have an opportunity for Norwegian speakers with good English to join our dedicated customer support team. As an arvato UK representative you will be part of our front line team and be constantly eager to provide the best level of customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer emails and calls, offering advice and guidance with the aim of resolving any issues.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include:
•Provide customers with information and help troubleshoot any problems they experience
• Provide excellent customer service through answering customer’s queries
• Establish customer’s needs through effective questioning
• Develop and display good understanding and knowledge of the client’s products and services
• Highlight ideas for continuous improvement throughout the business
• Escalate any customer complaints/issues to the Team Manager/Team Senior in a timely and efficient manner
• Be fully conversant with, and adhere to arvato/client policies and procedures
• Any other duty or responsibility in keeping with the general ambit of this role and as reasonably assigned by the Team manager, Account Manager etc
Experience, knowledge and skills required:
• Excellent written communication skills including strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Excellent reading comprehension skills and good attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and managing expectations
• Strong computer skills including a knowledge of Microsoft packages
• High level of initiative and self-motivation
• Consistently in tune with the aims and objectives of the business, works towards goals and supports colleagues where necessary
• Reliable, committed and organised
• Ability to respond to a fast paced environment
• Resilient and flexible
