Operations Assistant For Online Jewellery Retailer Required. No experience required, full training provided.

Duties & responsibilities:
*Providing assistance in daily picking, packing and dispatching of orders
*Assisting with inbound stock movement including receiving and quality control
*Assisting in stock control, counting inventory during stock take and on receipt of shipments, making sure all jewellery movement is accurately recorded.
*Coordinating with mounters, setters and polishers to achieve perfect order rate KPIs
*Assisting in the daily management of suppliers to guarantee customer and internal stock deadlines are met.
*Organising jewellery for photography
*Dealing with ad hoc customer and internal queries.
Skills & Abilities:
*Ability to meet tight deadlines
*Creative problem solver.
*Outstanding work ethic.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Accurate data entry and typing skills.
*Ability to multitask within a high pressure environment.
*Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
*Ability to work both independently and as a member of a fast growing team.
*Ability to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays
Salary: £17k basic, increasing to £20k after 3-month probationary period plus Performance Related Bonuses. Opportunity for increased remuneration for the right candidate.
Location: Hatton Garden, London
Working hours: 9.30am – 6.00pm, Mon-Friday
