§ Processing/Reconciling and settling invoices on company Accounting software Microsoft AX (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherland, Sweden, Spain and Italy. Circa 250 invoices for a month)
§ Use correct VAT rules for respective countries
§ Check accuracy and authenticity of invoices
§ Processing creditor payments and batch for internet banking for daily/weekly payments runs (USD, GBP, CHF, SEK and EUR)
§ Liaising with Management accountants and country representatives to resolve issues relating to invoices
§ Creditor balance maintenance and queries
§ Liaising with clients by email and telephone to ensure all invoices are paid on time correctly and to clarify payment terms
§ Processing credit card statements
§ Reimbursement of employee Travel/Petty Cash expenses
§ Creating and processing Intra country invoices
§ Code invoices where necessary
§ Filing and general ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least one year’s work experience in a similar role is essential.
Report to the European Finance Manager
Have the ability to speak German and/or French would be an added advantage.
