Our EMEA Partner Sales Support organisation has created a new team to support and enable our field sales Partner Account Managers across EMEA to help drive our exponential channel business growth. The Partner Inside Sales Support will assume responsibilities of key administrative and customer support to allow partner managers to focus on key business development and client relationship management activities to expand their sales through partners.

Our new team will reside together in Farnborough and consist of a truly multi-lingual, multi-cultural group of people who are passionate about the value of our channel business and simply stated – love doing something better and different than any other software company.


Primary job responsibilities

Support the Partner Managers with relevant administrative tasks in helping develop and close opportunities through our Partners to include the areas of partner management, order management, partner program, coordination between different functions, marketing, events, etc.

Responsible for administration of the correspondence between the Field Sales Partner Account Manager team and their partners in country;

Providing data and sales reports to the partner Sales teams in country;

Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information;

Responsible for coordinating activities between the Channel Sales team and other function within Red Hat ( Marketing, Legal, Finance, Order Management, etc...);

Able to prioritise workload in order to help the Partner Sales team meet all KPIs, goals and objectives

Respond to requests from internal and partners via phone and email;

Support our Partner Managers to further develop the relationship with their local partners

Responsible for follow up of tasks until final resolution and regularly communicate with the Partner Managers on the status.

Required skills

At least 1 years experience in a sales administrator/customer support/ role with a passion to learn about our partner and channel ecosystem. A background in a technology company would be an advantage.

Must be familiar with the full sales cycle and have a thirst to join a fast paced technology company.

Is able to work in a high-pressure environment;

Uses a pro-active approach to work and prioritise accordingly;

Ready to work autonomously as well as part of a team;

Is highly proficient in computer skills;

Is fluent in English and another additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Eastern European, Nordics, Dutch, Arabic);
