Job details:
You will offer first line support to our customers via telephone and email.
As the first point of contact for our customers, your role is essential in promoting the Company and encouraging future bookings.
With excellent communication skills, you will provide support to other areas of the business where your language skills will be valuable in enhancing the customer experience.
Person specification
• Well organised, flexible and proactive.
• A team player.
• Able to communicate information easily.
Skills & experience
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in either Spanish, or German, or Portuguese, both written and spoken - both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office programs.
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to create a positive customer relationship.
• Previous office based Contact Centre experience would be an advantage but is not essential..
