Position Overview:

The Customer Service Support and sales team is based in our European HQ in Maidenhead and consists of a small team of 5 employees supporting our customers across Europe, offering customer service, sales and technical support. The aim of the call centre is to deliver high quality sales and support to our customers who use or would like to use our software applications.

Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
1 Providing timely and accurate team performance and revenue reports to the management.
2 Provide an enquiry contact point between our warehouse, team members and our customers.
3 Liaising with our warehouse and providing the team with accurate information on orders cancelations or delays
4 Managing and providing advice on RMAs and refunds to EMEA team members.
5 Creating and providing order invoices directly to customers when requested.
6 Testing and providing feedback on EMEA EDMs prior to offer releases.
7 Maintaining and updating our internal products database with new updates and prices.
8 Identifying sales opportunities and finalizing them through the standard sales procedures. Following-up with sales prospects and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Meeting and exceeding the sales target.
9 Providing a high level of customer support services addressing the needs of the customer.
10 Accurately logging and detailing incidents, sales and RMAs in the CRM system

Requirements:

The Customer Service Advisor will be required to have the following:

1. Experience in a direct customer service or Telesales role.
2. Must be able to speak two or more of the following languages - German and Czech. A good command of English is required also.
3. Sales acumen: ability to identify a sales opportunity and to finalize it. Willingness to follow up all sales prospects successfully and in a timely manner. Show consistent overachievement of set objectives and targets.
4. Experience and working knowledge of any type of software application with a view to be able to describe to someone its functionalities and its main features.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good administrative skills (accuracy and presentation). Proven track record of using the following skills - analytical, troubleshooting, and public relations.
6. Experience of handling difficult customers with tact and diplomacy and managing solutions to a satisfactory end for the customer. Ability to manage disputes between customers and the Company.
