Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service to our Finnish and English speaking players and assist them with a wide range of queries.
Key Requirement
Fluent Finnish with an excellent command of English.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate documents and templates from English to Finnish
* Respond to customer requests and enquiries in English & Finnish
* Fast, accurate and thorough responses to numerous e-mails per shift
* Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges)
* Providing information on player deposits and cash outs
* Hosting final tables of tournaments.
* Supporting VIP (Priority) players
* Informing players about current promotions at PokerStars
* Assisting players with connection and technical issues
* Informing players about games and game rules
* Interpreting hand histories for players
* Responding to player concerns about site integrity
Skills and Capabilities
Essential
* Fluent in Finnish with an excellent command of English
* Strong customer focus and customer service skills
* Excellent command of professional writing
* Self-motivated, able to work as part of a busy team
* Ability to work in a high-volume work environment
* Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm; 60 wpm or more preferred
Desirable
* Additional European languages
* Strong knowledge of both online and bricks-and-mortar poker
* Customer service or call centre experience
* Basic knowledge of online money processing - (e.g. transactions via credit card, NETeller etc.)
