IT Lead Generator (Telesales)
For our client a leading technology company....
The Job
- Cold calling to prospective clients, building trust & relationship
- Generate qualified leads and set up face to face appointments (where applicable)
- Generating new sales leads primarily through outbound calls & telemarketing campaigns
- Appointment setting activities
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales team and CAT team to create new campaigns, both to sell to new prospects as well as to upsell within existing customers
- Qualifying prospect accounts and ensuring for proper CAT team or regional sales follow-up
- Executing outbound telemarketing campaigns, employing professional selling skills in their pursuit and accurately recording data generated from these efforts
- Determining / tracking tele-marketing follow up activities
- Providing weekly reports to management
Requirements
- EU Passport or valid working permission to work in the Czech Republic
- Fluent German or Dutch & English or Fluent English – No Czech Language is required, Any other European Language a
- 1 years plus recent, ie current role, experience in B2B technical (IT or Telco) Tele sales or lead generation or account managment
- Team player, capable of interacting at all levels and being able to work on own initiative.
- Computer literate with demonstrable skills in MS Office.
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Customer focused
- Excellent attention to detail
