Job Overview:

This role focuses on managing and overseeing the Facilities and Real Estate needs related the day to day tactical, strategic and operational activities necessary in the EMEA Region. This person will also manage the employees supporting the Facilities and Real Estate activities in EMEA currently. They will initiate and oversee facilities and real estate projects related to the growth, relocation, consolidation and termination of office space. This person will communicate to the employees of each EMEA location as needed. Reports to Sr. Director of Facilities, Real Estate and Procurement.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the space needs for all EMEA locations
- Project Manage office space growth, relocations, consolidations and terminations as needed
- Interface with Landlords and Real Estate Brokers as needed
- Managerial duties related to Facilities personnel in EMEA
- Manage the vendors and negotiate contracts for all Facilities and Real Estate needs in EMEA
- Impact on bottom line is focused around managing the day to day operational needs these locations
- Budget responsibilities – negotiate and manage vendor contracts, identify cost savings opportunities and take appropriate actions, manage budget as it relates to this region and provide budget updates and planning as needed
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
- Other duties as needed

Position Requirements

Education, Experience & Training required:
- 6-10 years of real estate/facilities and management experience
- High School Degree and college degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
- College degree in related field is preferred
- Experience and proven knowledge to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively and appropriately
- Ability to pass a background check
