The Role
• Provide excellent service to all customers through various communication channels including social media platforms, email, media and telephone interaction
• Use both internal and external help centre to provide basic technical resolutions to clients.
• Provide support to empower clients to solve their technical issues via the online help centre facility
• Troubleshoot campaign issues by providing support to team managers and escalating more technical issues via the established Global Customer Support escalation processes.
The Person
• Fluency in either German or Spanish and English both spoken and written
• Proven troubleshooting skills within a technical support environment (help desk or support centre)
• Must have customer service experience
• Practical experience in one or more of the following essential: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or Action Script
• Knowledge of basic XML and Flash desirable
• Previous experience in working for a publisher or advert network preferred
