Job Purpose
PokerStars is seeking for a Security Specialists to work from Malta. You will be responsible for responding to security and customer related emails, fraud detection and prevention.

* Responding to security and customer related emails
* Managing player accounts
* Detect and prevent fraud
* Processing of Real money transfers
* Verification of cash out
Essential
* Fluent in Russian, with an excellent command of English.
* Investigation skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong team player and have excellent organisational skills
* Excellent level of English, written and spoken
* Strong attention to detail
Desirable
* Experience in credit card fraud/investigation
* Knowledge of online money processing
* Previous banking /poker industry experience
