Here is an entry level opportunity to join a very successful global software vendor in a new venture to increase sales performance across Europe.
The company's global HQ is in Surrey but a brand new office has been opened in the City of London (Farringdon area) to house, amongst other things, a team of 12 European territory Lead Generation executives. Opportunities for career progression will come frequently to this team as the operation builds up over the coming months. Team Leaders, account managers, and business developers will all be required in 2012&13.
The lead gen role will involve a mixture of inbound & outbound telephone activity to the target territory. Territories will be: France, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Applicants must be language speakers of at least one territory, and preferably have fluency in a second language.
Key Accountabilities
• Mixture of inbound/outbound calls to new prospects, existing accounts and inbound enquiries
• Conducting in depth, credible business conversations with senior decision makers in mid market & enterprise organisations
• Qualify the value of leads and potential sales value
• Work in partnership with the Country manager & sales team for your territory.
• Nurture mid/long term opportunities with identified prospects by building relationships and pipeline of business
Skills & Experience
• Must be a speaker of French OR Danish OR Norwegian OR Swedish
• Must have some previous telephone marketing/sales experience - perhaps in a call centre or another high tech industry.
• Graduate caliber (preferably with a degree in business or technology)
• Commercially minded - able to identify opportunities
• IT literate and able to pick up new software - preferably with Salesforce experience.
• Confident, outgoing and able to build rapport quickly
• Able to adapt to different situations
• Organised and able to manage time effectively
• Positive, enthusiastic and energetic approach to sales & business
• Able to work in a team
