Service 800 UK Ltd is currently looking for native level customer service representative in Norwegian, Dutch and German, the position is a HOME BASED role.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Working from home)
Reporting to: Team Leader and Project Manager
Contract: Permanent.
Availability: You MUST be available between the hours of 8am – 4pm (Mon – Fri)
Location: Home Based role (Our office is based in Old Street, EC1Y 8NA)
Salary: Hourly Rate (Competitive)
Description
You will telephone customers of our clients to assess the levels of service and support provided to them by the companies and their service partners. You will also be required to translate the conversations into English
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a native speaker of before mentioned language that enjoys talking to people on the phone, has good communication skills and minimum of 30 words per minute typing speed. You will have a professional approach and give attention to detail. You will be able to multi-task and can manage alone with remote support.
You will need:
* PC (not a Mac)
* Internet broadband connection
* A fix line telephone
* Must have a QUIET environment to work from
Core Skills:
* Competent in use of MS Office
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
* First-rate telephone manner
* Ability to attentively listen in order to gather accurate and objective information
* Capacity to prioritise while working at speed against stringent targets
* Responsiveness, flexibility and efficiency
* Results-oriented
* Ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership for their own duties and responsibility
