KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES (describe in order of priority):

1. To deal with customer queries by phone, email and fax, ensuring that all SLA’s are met

2. To develop and build relations with customers ensuring they receive a high standard of service

3. Log and resolve customer complaints and queries

4. Ensure all customer callbacks are completed each day

5. Provide general administration duties

6. Act as an interpreter either by phone or face to face

7. Provide translation skills as required

8. Demonstrate an understanding of all websites used within Consumer Sales

9. Inform the Team Leader of any issues that are reoccurring so this can be highlighted to the Service Manager

10. Maintain and up-to-date knowledge of Connect Distribution procedures to ensure correct information is given at all times

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FOR THE ROLE

1. Maintain an agreed level of availability each day
2. Maintain an agreed minimum level of calls taken on a daily basis
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy

MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

1. Fluent English – Written and Spoken
2. Fluent French – Written and Spoken
3. Computer literate
4. Excellent communications skills

STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COMPANY
