Currently my clients are looking for 8 x German customer support agents.

Overview
The role of The OA CS Specialist exists within the Online Store Team based in the EMEA region. This is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success.
The successful candidate will be customer focused, articulate and motivated with some customer service based experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to work well within a team environment working towards achieving predetermined targets and also demonstrate their own initiative when required.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all Reports and daily activities are addressed within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
Co-ordinate & work cross departmentally to prevent and/or resolve escalations;
Take full issue ownership, including Customer Outreach, via phone or email;
Manage Order maintenance and administration tasks. E.G. Process Order Amendments, Returns etc;
Identify & escalate emerging customer issues;
Demonstrate a proactive role in ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are consistently maintained;
As this job is directly related to order volumes, working hours flexibility is required involving weekends and shift patterns;
Flexibility to support other OA teams as business requirements dictate.
Skills and Attributes
Confident and enthusiastic communicator with excellent written & verbal communication skills;
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with ability to prioritize tasks & work to deadlines / targets;
Ability to solve complex problems, in a pressurised environment. Strong attention to detail;
Adaptability & willingness to take on new tasks within the team and/or across departments;
Ability to work well either on own initiative or as a team player.


Experience and Education
Previous call centre experience;
Experience in Logistics is desirable, with particular focus on Carrier or Distribution centre knowledge;
Previous SAP and Excel experience desirable.

Languages
Fluent English & German
