The role: Head of India Media Technology Platforms
Reach for new revenue-generating heights as a Sales Googler. Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As Head of India Media Technology Platforms, you will be responsible for the sale of Google's platforms products. Your primary responsibilities are to maintain and grow the revenue stream with new business and maintain the sales pipeline for new business. Reporting to the Regional Head of Platforms, you will acquire accounts, mostly agencies, by creating relationships with the client organization at all levels, produce a business plan for all growth clients and execute according to the plan. Additionally you will be the public face of our Media Technology Platforms business in India, with key responsibilities to represent Google in public forums, drive market education, and communicate internally regarding local market requirements. You will do this by working with Product Management on product features that need enhancement or new features that clients require to achieve their goals.






Responsibilities:

* Set and manage new business sales execution to achieve quarterly targets.
* Build and manage a team of new business sales professionals.
* Provide a local market public face for our business Contribute to a business plans to achieve market leadership.
* Work cross functionally with colleagues from Support, Product, Marketing, Public Relations and other key functions.





Minimum qualifications:

* BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).





Preferred qualifications:

* MBA.
