Greek Account Executive, Retention (Oxford, UK)

Description:

We are looking for a motivated specialist to assist with the company’s efforts to retain our existing clients as well as up sell and cross-sell new products. S/he will be comfortable cold-calling customers, pitching our products to the relevant contact and getting them to successfully retain their business plus up sell other products as appropriate.

This role requires a proactive, motivated, organized, responsible candidate who is able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment.
This role will combine excellent sales and communications skills as well as good relationship building skills. S/he will have a strong background in telesales and business development, with a track-record of hitting goals.

The role will report to the Accounts Manager, Retention Team, and will be accountable for retention targets against set metrics. Dotted line reporting to the relevant Territory Manager where applicable.

What you’ll do
Telephone & email BL clients with the goal of renewing their BL subscription and up sell/cross-sell
Achieve and exceed agreed retention ratios for the quarter and the year
Up sell new products as agreed to relevant metrics
Review promotional materials to distribute to existing customer portfolio assigned by head of department
Answer inbound email inquiries regarding our self-service content products from existing clients
Work together with rest of sales teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution
Keep up with product training and new offerings as well as latest TA value proposition

Self-motivated and thorough
Experienced at building effective client relationships through positive communication, honesty and trust
Not intimidated by technical interaction.
The successful candidate must enjoy problem solving and be unafraid of technical solutions to ensure successful launch of products
Excellent written and oral communication in the relevant language/s of the territory covered.
Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Strong organizational and analytic skills
Bachelor’s degree
A fluent command of a second language is a must and more highly desirable
