We have a wonderful opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our bustling Customer Services team in Corby. We are looking to expand our CSA capability across our international markets and are ideally looking for applicants who are bi-lingual in English/German English/French.
The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience and be adept at dealing with and resolving issues in a competent and professional manner to the highest level. We need enthusiastic, driven individuals who are keen to progress and develop their skill set. This role may well involve some other duties such as translation and involvement in ad-hoc projects drawing on their language skills.
We have a unique and fun team environment at Joules whilst at the same time work to extremely high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity within a unique and expanding brand. Shift patterns are within an 8.00am to 8.00pm range and flexibility is required.
